Which envelope is right for my design?
Choose digital printing for logos and low-coverage artwork on white envelopes. Offset printing is the better fit for large color areas and full-bleed designs. Linen adds texture; natural paper has a warmer tone. Blank envelopes have no printing.
How do I choose the correct size?
Measure the folded or finished insert and allow clearance. An A7 envelope is commonly used for a 5″ × 7″ card, while a 9″ × 12″ envelope can hold an unfolded 8.5″ × 11″ sheet. Check fit before ordering a large batch.
Can you print individual mailing addresses?
Yes. Choose Personalized Addressing Envelopes and select your size, stock, printed sides and quantity. Supply the artwork and address data for review. Postage and mailing fulfillment are not automatically included.
Are shipping and production the same thing?
No. Production is the time needed to prepare or print the envelopes. Transit starts afterward. Standard shipping is included within the contiguous 48 states. Delivery timing depends on the selected specification and destination.
Can I order without finished artwork?
For printed envelopes, you can send artwork later or ask for design help. Production starts after the required files and proof are approved. Blank envelopes do not need artwork.
