🍋 The Lemon Print – Return Policy

At The Lemon Print, every order is custom-made and printed just for you. That means we don’t offer returns or refunds unless there’s a mistake on our end.

✅ What qualifies for a reprint or refund:

• Wrong garments or sizes shipped

• Printing errors that don’t match the approved mockup

• Damaged items (must be reported within 5 business days of delivery)

❌ What doesn’t qualify:

• Minor color variation from digital mockups (on-screen vs. ink)

• Sizing issues if the correct sizes were delivered

• Changes requested after approval or during production

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We may request photos or a return of the defective items before issuing a reprint or refund.

📄 The Lemon Print – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with The Lemon Print, you agree to the following:

1. Artwork Approval

You are responsible for checking spelling, colors, placement, and sizing. Once a digital proof is approved, production begins — no changes can be made.

2. Turnaround Time

Our standard production time is 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush options are available, but turnaround time is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

3. Garment Disclaimer

We’re not responsible for manufacturer defects such as stitching, fabric inconsistencies, or garment shrinkage. Slight variations can happen across different sizes, brands, or batches.

4. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon. Invoices unpaid for over 14 days may be subject to cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once shipped, we are not liable for delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses. We’ll provide tracking, and it’s your responsibility to receive the shipment.

6. Customer-Supplied Garments

If you supply your own garments, we are not responsible for misprints, damage, or loss. All printing on customer-supplied items is done at your own risk.
