Made for your message
More room for color. More impact in the mailbox.
Custom offset envelopes turn the outside of your mailing into part of the message. Use a coordinated pattern, a bold brand color or artwork across the exterior panels to introduce what is inside.
Printing takes place on the flat sheet before cutting, folding and gluing. The layout must follow the correct dieline for the selected size, window and opening side.

Helpful answers
Before you order.
Practical guidance for offset envelopes.
Why choose offset for full-coverage artwork?
The sheet is printed before it becomes an envelope, allowing designs to extend across the face and exterior flap panels.
Why does the template include color wrap?
The required 1/16″ overbleed and wrap allow for small shifts during cutting and folding, helping prevent unwanted white slivers.
Can I use a regular digital-envelope template?
No. Use the flat offset dieline for the exact size and window or opening option. Its panel shapes and fold positions are different.
What does 4/0 mean for a flat offset layout?
It describes the printed side of the flat sheet. Follow the dieline’s face and exterior flap panels when positioning artwork.
